WBCCI Corporate Sponsor Donates to "Monument of Peace" Project
sky-med-donation
At the Region 7 "Festival of Tall Ships" rally at Duluth, MN, SkyMed representatives Stan & Mary Schwenke presented Gail Harrower, chairperson for the WBCCI International Peace Garden Monument Committee, with a check in the amount of $5,000.00 on behalf of SkyMed's International company and their Florida company.
Will Klein (the CEO of SkyMed) and Eleanore Klein (the President of SkyMed) are dual citizens of Canada and the United States and have a keen interest in this project.
"We are very supportive of this exemplary international project and the work of Region 7. The unusual nature of this project makes us proud to be a contributor."

This WBCCI project is a restoration and replacement of the original monument that was installed in the International Peace Garden back in 1975. 100% of your contributions go directly to the project. The pattern and casting of the sculpture will be completed in February or March 2014.
