The rally held during this time of year is one of our larger rallies and has historically functioned our Year End Rally. Our club has grown in so many ways, most notably – we rally year-round, and we don’t have an official end to rallying!! The Fall Bounty Rally will continue our year end traditions while adding in a few new elements.
The Dundee Hills RV Resort is a new RV park in the heart of Willamette Valley wine country. We’ll enjoy first rate facilities and easy access to wine tasting rooms and restaurants, all within walking distance.
This rally will be a celebration in first class OAC fashion! We’ll close out club business with a meeting of our board and we’ll install our incoming board of members.
Meals and Food
We’ve learned a lot having lived through a global pandemic. How we approach meals and food at rallies has changed as a result. Hosted meals are completely optional.
The type and number of meals, if any, to be made available is decided by the rally host. Each host will decide on meals and prices for their meals. Meal costs are not included in your rally registration fee. Most often, hosts decide any rally meal plan closer to the rally date and you will hear from them directly with that information.
Participation in meals is completely optional and any meal cost will be defined by the rally host. If you participate in any meals offered by your host, you will need to pay your host directly.
