CIAC Season Opener Rally, with a Kentucky Derby Theme.  Book sites even numbers only 40 thru 52, & 51 - 56, & 69 - 76

Join hosts Jon and Margo Schwenke for the Kentucky Derby Day & Races Rally at the Largest Lake in Indiana – Monroe! This scenic park offers biking, boating, fishing, golfing, hiking and our activities below!

Schedule of Festivities:

Friday
• Arrive at your leisure.
• 6 PM Happy Hour BYO – Bring appetizer to share.
• Campfire – Around our new Solo Stove Fire Pit.

Saturday
• Breakfast on your own.
• Mid-day enjoy the Park on your own.
• 3 PM – Derby Drinks served during Festivities
• Wear your own creation Fascinator Fashion Derby Hat to win
Prizes.
• Jockeys – Bring your thoroughbred Stick Horse creation to the
corral for check in and Parade.
• After the Stick Horse Parade, bet on the Multi Race Heats.
• Place your wager on your winning horse per race heat. All
proceeds to go to Riley Children’s Foundation Summer Camp
Program to benefit campers with physical and cognitive
diagnosis to enjoy the activities of outdoor camping. Prizes will
be awarded to the winning horse and jockey.
• 5 PM - Please bring a “Derby” potluck side dish to share with CIAC
supplied Derby Sliders and Derby Wings.
• Campfire

Sunday
• 8:30 to 10 AM – Coffee and CIAC supplied Pancake Breakfast
• Depart at your leisure.
