Situated on the banks of the legendary Suwannee River near White Springs, FL, this park honors the memory of American composer Stephen Foster.
It features a holiday light display, museum about Foster's most famous songs, 97-bell carillon (under repairs), hiking, bicycling, canoeing and wildlife viewing.
Registration opens up for Florida residents 11 months in advance (non-Florida residents 10 months), so make your reservations early at https://reserve.floridastateparks.org/
