48th Annual Pendleton Round-up Rally

September 9, 2013 to September 15, 2013

Pendleton, Oregon

The Oregon Unit is proud to invite you to attend the 48th annual Pendleton Round-up Rodeo Rally! This is a WBCCI National Rally, which historically attracts Airstream owners and rodeo enthusiasts from across the US. It’s an extraordinary opportunity to experience the Old West from both Native American and Cowboy viewpoints. As one of the top 10 rodeos in North America, the Pendleton Round-up draws the most talented competitors, best bucking stock, and finest rodeo clowns in the nation. There’s a full week of exciting and fun things to do: Professional Bull Riding (PBR—the toughest sport on dirt); visit the world famous Pendleton Woolen Mill; tour Pendleton’s infamous underground; visit the Native American village and shop for one-of-a-kind beautiful, hand-made Native American collectibles; explore unique museums and galleries; enjoy free music and dancing throughout the downtown area, marvel at the horse and oxen drawn Roundup Parade where no motorized vehicles nor rubber wheels are allowed. The Oregon Units’ longstanding relationship with the Pendleton Round-up and the community enables us to provide a back-stage tour of the Round-up and enjoy a personal visit with Rodeo and Happy Canyon Royalty. Our campground is located in the beautiful Pendleton Community Park and is perfect for relaxing between all of the activities of the Round-up. Wally Byam’s hometown of Baker City is close by with the Baker City Heritage Museum exhibiting the life of Wally Byam and his Airstreams.
