Rally Fee is $25 per person
The always popular NORVA Maintenance Rally will be held this year in beautiful Urbanna, VA. It is our annual rally with Broken Rivets RV Service owner DJ Mastin, who will review all the ins and outs of caring for your Airstream. This is a Boon Docking rally. We will share best practices to make this endeavor successful. DJ will be able to do minor work for a discounted price throughout the weekend.
This year we will be boon docking in the same field where we camp during the Urbanna Oyster Festival. Bring your generator if you need it, fill your fresh water tank, and come with empty black and gray tanks. We will review the best practices for camping without power and water hookups. There are many ways to be efficient without hookups and still be comfortable in a campsite.
Planned activities include a Happy Hour on Friday night and you are asked to BYOB and bring a snack to share. The maintenance seminar will be Saturday morning. Depending on number attending and interest, a Dutch treat restaurant meal will be planned.
Rally fee of $25 per person to be paid in cash at the rally. There is no charge for children age 18 and under. Rally fee will cover rally costs and a contribution to Broken Rivets RV Service and the Urbanna Fire Department. There is no additional charge for camping.
DJ will be available at the Rally to perform maintenance/repairs on your Airstream at a discounted rate. Due to power requirements, DJ will not be able to install EasyStart (Soft Start) on air conditioning units. In the space provided on the registration form, please describe what work is required so DJ can be prepared with adequate tools and supplies. Please understand this is for minor repairs.
