Planning Stages
Adventure to Vegas for a "Lights, Camera, Action!" themed rally at the KOA Sam's Town from Nov 7-10, 2024. Details for the Rally will be firmed up soon. We are tentatively planning to visit the Neon Museum, offer a Photography Class, E-scooter to view Street Art or visit nearby Canyons. We may even have a Bowling tournament up our sleeve. KOA is located right next door to Sam's Town Casino, with movie theaters, Bingo, casino, restaurants, and more. You don't have to gamble to have a good time!
We must book at least 20 sites to get the discounted rate. But they may have more available.
Rally fee and details are still TBD, but we plan to include 3 breakfasts, one dinner and special event, and a bowling tournament. There will be other optional adventures to sign up for separately with the group which MAY include a Photography Class/Tour and an E-Scooter Street Art experience.
Discounted rates for the rally:
- There will be one rate - $253.12 for a 40-ft pull thru site.
- This includes the 20% discount and tax.
To be part of the group:
- Call 702-454-8055 and ask for Cheri the Group Coordinator, and let her know you are part of the Arizona Airstream group.
- Please Call Monday-Friday from 9am-3pm AZ time. (8-2pm Las Vegas time).
- *You MUST call to reserve. If you don't call Cheri, the booking won't count toward our 20 site group reservation.
- *You will not be assigned an exact site number until we arrive.
- *20% discount does not apply to add-on days. If you've gotten a discount by accident, I would not say anything.
- *We are not eligible for the 10% KOA discount on top of the group rate, if you happen to be a member of KOA.

Note: This is the KOA Journey at Sam's Town on Boulder Hwy.
Rally Fee and Schedule: Planning Stages
Cancellations: (AAC Cancellation Policy)
Simple Concept: If your cancellation results in a cost to the club, you will absorb the cost. The club does not plan the rallies and rally fees to make money, nor should the club be expected to lose money.
There is a strict AAC "Rally Fee" cancellation policy. (Cancellation within 30 days of the Rally will result in forfeiture of the "Rally Fee".)
If you decide to cancel your Attendance please cancel by notifying the RV Campground, then notify Arizona Airstream Club of your cancellation.
Cancelling with AAC does not cancel your RV Campground Reservation and you will be subject to their billing and cancellation policies.
For this Event, if you need to cancel your attendance do so directly with KOA Journey Sam's Town.
Then contact Arizona Airstream Club (Cancellation Form) to notify the Club of your cancellation so that we know not to expect you.
