Rally Fee: $10.00 per Person


Join us at the intimate Queen Mine RV Park, situated atop the Queen Mine and just a 5-minute walk from historic downtown Bisbee! Tour the Queen Mine, visit the Bisbee Mining & Historical Museum, downtown shops, the Saturday Market at Vista Park and the nearby Warren ballpark, schedule a Lavendar Jeep Tour, enjoy local eateries, visit Erie Street in Lowell, local breweries/distilleries, and more! Take a day trip to Kartchner Caverns, Chiricahua National Monument, or the Gadsden Hotel in Douglas. Rally plans include a group reservation for a fine meal at Cafe Roka.

Make your own Reservations starting Monday November 13... Call the park at 520-432-5006 to reserve your campsite. They are holding 17 sites. Be sure to mention you are with Arizona Airstream Club and your trailer length in your voicemail message. Cost is $50/night, payable on arrival, with a 10% discount if you bring cash. (They will take your credit card number to hold the spot)

Cancellation policy: 72-hour notice required or your credit card will be charged the full amount of your stay.

5:00 pm - Meet & Greet Happy Hour, BYOB

6:30 pm - Dinner Reservations at Cafe Roka, 35 Main St., Bisbee Website: Cafe Roka.com - We will be in their upstairs room, order off the menu and pay our own individual checks - please sign up with registration (also, list any dietary restrictions you may have to ensure the chef has enough ingredients on hand for his Menu)


Friday, May 3

8-9:00 am - Grab & Go Breakfast

10:30 am - Queen Mine Tour, right next door! (optional, $14/adult group ticket price, sign up & pay with registration) website: CopperQueenMine.com

Lunch & Afternoon on your own

5:30 pm - Potluck Dinner- Bring your own setups and beverage of choice

Evening - Fire ring & conversation


Saturday, May 4

9:30 am - Breakfast at the original Bisbee Breakfast Club, 75 Erie St., Bisbee Website: BisbeeBreakfastClub.com  - We will order off the menu and pay our own individual checks.

Afterwards we can stroll along Erie St along the historic street scene with vintage cars

Day on your own. Options include:

The Farmer’s Market at Vista Park

Visit the Bisbee Mining and History Museum website:

BisbeeMuseum.org (sign up & pay for a group price ticket at registration, cost is $8.00 and can be used at any time between 10 am-4pm daily)

Stroll along Main Street shops and adjoining downtown area

Visit Old Bisbee Brewing company and Electric Brewing and Bisbee Sodawerks

Day trip to Tombstone, Kartchner Caverns, Chiricahua National Monument, Douglas, AZ

5:00 pm - Happy Hour BYOB and snack to share, dinner on your own

Cancellations: (AAC Cancellation Policy)

Simple Concept: If your cancellation results in a cost to the club, you will absorb the cost. The club does not plan the rallies and rally fees to make money, nor should the club be expected to lose money.

There is a strict AAC "Rally Fee" cancellation policy. (Cancellation within 30 days of the Rally will result in forfeiture of the "Rally Fee".)

If you decide to cancel your Attendance please cancel by notifying the RV Campground, then notify Arizona Airstream Club of your cancellation.

Cancelling with AAC does not cancel your RV Campground Reservation and you will be subject to their billing and cancellation policies.

For this Event, if you need to cancel your attendance do so directly with Queen Mine RV Park. Their Cancellation policy: 72-hour notice required or your credit card will be charged the full amount of your stay. 

Then contact Arizona Airstream Club (Cancellation Form) to notify the Club of your cancellation so that we know not to expect you.
